All Text Boxes: Search rules will return any records containing the text you enter for that field (e.g. "M" entered in the First Name field will return any name containing the letter M, not just names starting with the letter M).
Still Employed: To narrow searches, you may want to indicate a "yes" or "no" in the Still Employed field. Employees who have left the company are retained on the
database, but their "Still Employed" status is changed to "no." Email campaigns only include employees who are still employed at the company.
Current Campaign Approval (only appears in "Detailed" search results): A "yes" will ensure that all client contacts for this employee will receive an email for the upcoming e-mail campaign. A "no" will cancel all client/prospect emails assigned to this employee from going out on the upcoming campaign. This field is reset to "yes" following every campaign.
